How do I submit my photos or designs?

You can provide a public link (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) when filling out the order form. If you don't have a link, simply leave the field blank and we will email you directly to securely collect your images. High-resolution, uncropped photos work best! Please include a full shot and a half body shot.

How long does production and shipping take?

Once you approve your custom design, production takes 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location within Australia, but typically arrive within 7-14 days after dispatch.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because our items are highly personalised and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed based on your approved design, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

What are the sizes and materials of your products?

Our custom keychains, magnets, and bottle openers are crafted from durable, high-quality materials designed to last. 58mm is the size of the products.
