1. General

By placing an order with Kat G Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the design, production, and sale of our personalised items, including custom keychains, magnets, and bottle openers.

2. Order Process & Deposit

To begin the design process, a non-refundable $30.00 design deposit is required. This fee covers our creative time in bringing your ideas to life and includes one custom design concept and one revision round. Production will only commence once you have given final approval on the design.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

When you submit photos, logos, or artwork to Kat G Creations to be used on our products, you declare that you have the right or permission to use those materials. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringements stemming from materials provided by the customer.

4. Payment & Production

The remaining balance of your order is payable immediately after production has concluded and must be settled prior to shipping or collection. Due to the custom, highly personalised nature of our items, we cannot offer refunds once production has begun unless the item is defective due to our error.

5. Returns and Replacements

Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed based on the approved design proof, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
